1. General Provisions

These rules govern the procedure for advance boat reservations, the terms of use for the
service, payment methods, and liability.
A civil contractual relationship is established between the service provider and the User who has acquired the right to use the services provided by the service provider at
, a civil contractual legal relationship is established regarding the use of the boat rental services provided at

and the user shall carry out in accordance with these rules.

2. Gift Certificate Rules

2.1. A user can purchase a gift certificate from the service provider or its partners.

2.2. Gift certificates issued by the service provider are valid for 24 months. The validity period of the certificates
is indicated on the certificates themselves.

2.3. Each gift certificate has a unique identification code and can be redeemed only once at

2.3.1. When booking a boat, enter the gift certificate ID code in the designated field at
, following the boat booking instructions.

2.3.2. If the coupon code is entered incorrectly, the reservation may be considered invalid by

3. Reservation

3.1. The user has the right to reserve the services provided by the service provider only at
after reviewing these rules published on the website and submitting all the information requested by the service provider at
— that is, by filling out all the required information fields at

3.2. When booking services on the website, the user selects a specific date and
time they would like to reserve, and provides their first name, last name, phone number, and
email address.

3.3. If the user has not entered, has incorrectly entered, or has made a mistake when entering their personal
or the details of the service being booked, the user’s reservation on the website may be deemed invalid. The service provider is not obligated to compensate the user for any losses incurred at
if the information provided was incorrect or inaccurate.

3.4. To book a service online, you must pay the booking fee specified by the service provider at
. The fee is paid by following the instructions during the booking process at
. This fee will be treated as a deposit, which will be deducted from the total amount when you pay for the service provided at

3.4.1. Payment for the service must be made upon arrival at the service location,
, either before or immediately after the service is provided.

In that case, there is no reservation fee. You must pay the full amount in advance at

3.4.3. No reservation fee is required if you use a gift certificate from
purchased from the service provider or its partners. When booking a service at

3.5. Once the user has reviewed the terms and conditions, provided the necessary information, and paid the reservation fee at
, the service provider agrees to grant the user the right to use the boat rental service at
, and the user agrees to use the service at
in accordance with the procedures set forth in the terms and conditions and to pay the service provider the amount specified at

4. Cancellation of a Reservation

4.2. The service provider agrees to refund the full amount of the reservation fee,
, provided that the reservation was canceled at least 48 hours before
the start of the reserved time.

4.3. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the service provider at
has the right to cancel the reservation, but must immediately notify the customer via the contact information provided by the customer at
, specifying the reason for the cancellation. If the reservation fee for
has been paid, a refund will be arranged or the reservation date for
will be rescheduled.

4.4. If the services are not used or if there is a disagreement regarding the rescheduling of a service reservation at
, the money paid for the reservation will not be refunded to the user.

5. Terms of Service

5.1. These Terms apply to all users who have booked the
service on the website.

5.2. A user who has booked a service on the website must arrive at the specified location on time;
if they are late, the sailing time will not be compensated.

5.3. A passenger may board or disembark from the ship only with the captain’s permission and after the captain has determined
that it is safe to do so.

5.4. While swimming, the user is solely responsible for the safety of themselves and their minor children

6. Final Provisions

6.1 These Terms and Conditions take effect for the User upon reviewing them at
and confirming the reservation of services on the website.

6.2 The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally amend these Terms by announcing such changes on the Website 10
calendar days in advance and by sending a notice to the User via email at

6.3 These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Disputes between the Service Provider and the User shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

6.4 If the User does not agree with the service provider’s response to the User’s written complaint submitted to
