1. By agreeing to these Terms, the User consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering and providing the services offered by the service provider, as well as for other related purposes listed below. The personal data provided at the time of booking (first name, last name, phone number, email address) is processed. <\/p>

2. When processing personal data, the service provider adheres to the following principles:<\/p>

a. Personal data is collected for specific and legitimate purposes; <\/p>

b. Personal data is processed accurately, fairly, and transparently; <\/p>

c. Only personal data that is adequate, relevant, and necessary to achieve the specified purposes shall be processed; <\/p>

d. Personal data is processed lawfully, that is, only on the grounds for lawful processing established by law. <\/p>

e. Personal data is updated on an ongoing basis. <\/p>

f. Personal data is retained for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the established purposes of data processing. <\/p>

3. When processing personal data for the purposes of administering and providing services, the data is retained for 10 years from the date of consent to the service provider\u2019s data processing policy.<\/p>

4. The service provider will fulfill its obligations to the user in accordance with the information provided at the time of service reservation.<\/p>

5. The user may, at any time, upon presentation of a valid ID, submit a request to access the personal data processed by the service provider, request the correction of inaccurate data, and object to the processing of personal data in accordance with the procedure established by law.<\/p>

6. The user\u2019s contact information (email address, phone number), based on the service provider\u2019s legitimate interest, may be used to inform the User about offers related to the services provided. The User may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting the service provider via email at info@laivastrakuose.lt or by phone at +370 621 87326. <\/p>

7. The service provider\u2019s newsletters, intended to inform the user about changes to the terms of service or ongoing promotions, will be sent to the user\u2019s email address or phone number no more than four times a month.<\/p>

8. The Service Provider may disclose the User\u2019s email address to third parties that provide specialized services to the Service Provider, solely for the purpose of sending direct marketing messages to the User.<\/p>

9. Video surveillance on board is conducted to ensure the protection of the service provider\u2019s property rights, to guarantee the security and integrity of the property managed by the service provider, the quality of services and the administrative process, as well as the safety of employees, third parties engaged to provide services, and their property. Video surveillance is conducted 24 hours a day. <\/p>

10. Video recordings may be viewed only in cases of actual or suspected violations of the rules governing the provision of services, the provisions of service agreements concluded between the service provider and users, or the service provider\u2019s internal rulesto ensure the quality of services provided, in cases of accidents, loss or damage to property, or conflicts that have arisen. Video recordings may be viewed only by persons duly authorized by the service provider, who are familiar with the requirements of laws governing the protection of personal data and have undertaken to comply with them by signing a written agreement or by other means proving that they have been informed and have made such a commitment. <\/p>

11. Personal data collected during video surveillance (video data) is stored for no more than 2 (two) months from the date of recording, after which it is automatically destroyed, except in cases where there is reason to believe that a violation, a violation of workplace discipline, a criminal offense, or other unlawful acts (until the conclusion of the relevant investigation and\/or legal proceedings).<\/p>

12. The user confirms that he or she has been informed of the right to access personal data, to request the correction of incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate personal data, to request the restriction of data processing activities (except for storage) or the erasure of data (when excessive data is processed, the data is processed in violation of legal requirements, when consent is withdrawn, or when other grounds specified by law apply), the right to data portability (when data is processed on the basis of a contract or consent), as well as, in accordance with the procedure established by law, the right to object to the processing of personal data when such data is processed on the basis of consent or a legitimate interest, including processing for direct marketing purposes. In exercising the right to data portability, the processed data may be transferred directly to the User or to a controller designated by the User. Requests from Users who have verified their identity in accordance with the procedures established by law regarding the exercise of data subject rights may be processed. <\/p>

13. The user\u2019s personal data may be disclosed to: a. Service provider employees who interact with the user and are responsible for customer service; b. to third parties that provide services to the service provider, including marketing companies, information technology and telecommunications service providers, and companies providing auditing, accounting, legal services, debt collection firms, and others, only to the extent necessary for the performance of contracts between such third parties and the service provider. <\/p>
